Make your Instagram AutoXI-ready
Instagram only allows apps to publish on behalf of a Business or Creator account that's linked to a Facebook Page. It takes about five minutes, once. Follow these four steps in order.

Switch Instagram to a professional account
In the Instagram app, open Settings → Account type and tools → Switch to professional account. Choose Business — Creator also works, but Business is the safer option for publishing. When it asks for a category, pick Sports Team.

Create or pick a Facebook Page you admin
A Facebook Page is mandatory — Instagram-only accounts can't publish through the API. If you don't have a Facebook account yet, you'll be asked to create one first. You can skip every optional detail on the Page: all you need is the name.

Link the Page to your Instagram account
From the Page, open Settings → Linked accounts → Instagram and connect your team's Instagram account. Log in with the Instagram account you switched to Business in step 1.

Connect it in AutoXI
In AutoXI, go to Settings → Instagram → Connect Instagram and log in with the Facebook account that admins the Page. Grant every requested permission — unchecking any one of them breaks publishing.

If something goes wrong
Your Instagram account is probably still personal. Redo step 1 and make sure it says Business or Creator.
The Facebook Page isn't linked yet. Redo step 3 from the Page's Linked accounts screen — linking from the Instagram app alone isn't always enough.
One of the permissions was unchecked during login. Disconnect in Settings → Instagram, connect again, and leave every box ticked.
Log out of Facebook, then hit Connect Instagram again and use the account that admins the Page.
